Microsoft’s Yahoo offer: Just a rouse?

Probably not, but talk about disrupting a partner with a clever corp dev/pr move.

Microsoft will be competiting with Yahoo! in terms of display ads and now, if they pull the offer, it will be lawsuits and lack of focus for Yahoo! galore.

Chalk up another one for the Microsoft Corporate Development team; the best in business.
